The Nation Institute and the Fertel Foundation are seeking nominations for the 2013 Ridenhour Prize for Truth-Telling, which is presented to a citizen, corporate or government whistleblower, investigative journalist, or organization for bringing a specific issue of social importance to the public's attention.
Former recipients of the prize have included Countrywide Financial whistleblower Eileen Foster, Lt. Col. Daniel Davis who served in Afghanistan, and NSA official Thomas Drake.
The deadline to submit nominations is December 1, 2012.
